As a participant in a STAR POWER® University course, your financial investment is guaranteed safe. If you don't earn at least five times the amount of your tuition investment within one full year of your, graduation from the program, STAR POWER Systems will refund to you the amount of your tuition paid. In exercising this guarantee the following conditions apply:
- Your successful completion of the University Course in its entirety.
- You must read all of the course workbook within 90 days after your course graduation.
- You must make a good-faith, consistent effort, to build your business, through marketing, systems, and dollar-productive strategies outlined during the course, and you must provide evidence that such effort has been made through the course of the year.
- You must provide records of results produced by your efforts as instructed in the course. These records must include sales made and income generated.
- If you demonstrate that your gross income generated from your implementation is less than five times the amount of your course tuition, STAR POWER Systems will refund to you the full amount of your tuition. This guarantee is strictly limited to the specific amount you paid in tuition only, and does not include expenses for travel, lodging, food, or incidentals while at the course, should any of those expenses be incurred by you.
Satisfactory evidence of "good-faith, consistent effort" will be considered any items that support the implementation of the Daily Action Plans you outlined on each of the three days, as well as receipts and invoices from expenses incurred.
