Legend has it, more than 20 years ago Howard Brinton came up with the idea for the “Star of the Month Club” in the shower. Interview top-producing agents and distribute the facts about what has made them successful to REALTORS® on CD so they can listen to the important information in their car, office, while exercising, etc.
As Howard put it, “Don’t tell people what to do. Let them hear what top-producing real estate agents do in order to be successful, and then decide what to implement in their own businesses.”
STAR POWER Club is now the nation’s longest-running interview series developed specifically for REALTORS. The STAR POWER Club is a monthly program delivering career-changing information from the best in the industry on topics such as marketing, scripts and dialogues, tech tips, office management and motivation.
In 2009, Howard Brinton passed the STAR POWER torch to Alex Charfen, one of the most recognized leaders in real estate. Since taking over the organization, Alex has integrated increased technology offerings and state-of-the-art video delivery systems to enhance the effectiveness of STAR POWER, and foster greater achievement among its members.
