| Your Mentor works with you (over a period of one
through four phone calls) to solve a specific issue or hurdle that you are
having difficulty overcoming in your business. You will then possess the
knowledge to conquer your challenge and implement proven solutions. We call
this method of coaching “issue then solution” based. Explain
to us what the issue is, and we will match you with a STAR POWER Coaching-Based
Mentor who has specific firsthand experience in overcoming your particular
challenges. STAR POWER Executive Coaching is specifically designed for
REALTORS® and utilizes the experience and knowledge of proven real estate Coaches
within the STAR POWER network. In the Executive Coaching Program, we carefully pair
you with a STAR POWER-trained Coach with whom you work on the improvement of your
business through an inside-out approach. These partnerships generally continue for
three to six months, and you provide the topic of discussion for each call based upon
the area of your business life that you want to address that day. |
